Dear Colleagues,

This is the final reminder about our upcoming AIAA Region VI RAC Meeting in Los Angeles on Saturday, September 19, at 10:30 a.m.

Thank you to those who have already confirmed their in-person attendance and provided their lunch selections. If you have not yet done so and would still like to choose a lunch option, please respond as soon as possible. We plan to place the catering order by close of business Tuesday. Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m.

For those who are unable to attend in person, you may join us remotely via Zoom (find the Zoom Link below).

The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. We will have approximately 90 minutes before lunch and 150 minutes after lunch to discuss the following agenda items:

• Brief update from the Region Director on the current RAC composition, available Deputy Director positions, and the upcoming Region VI Director election.

• Discussion of 2026-2027 Section Funding. I will provide an introduction, and I hope that Jane and Lindsay will help lead this discussion.

• Updates from the Deputy Directors.

• Highlights and updates from the Sections.
